LEG DAY - I love it and hate it! By far the most intense session of the week, as you can see.. Intensity is key to muscle growth and strength gain, if you want to be growing optimally you HAVE to be training intense. Good pre workout nutrition and a decent stim on-board can help with increasing intensity levels but you need to be fully focused and committed to that workout hours before it even begins. I walked away from this session feeling like I had a little more to give, not sure if I physically could have or not, either way even thinking that probably means I didn't train hard enough. Hack Squat - 2 working sets, Leg Extensions - 2 working sets, Seated Hamstring Curls - 2 working sets and Lying Hamstring Curls - 2 working sets (didn't film). Take as many sets to warm up as need be but don't over exhaust.
