I know it can be challenging to be a mom of young children, have a full time job and/or run a business and yet make out time to work out.
But here's the thing, it's about priority. We make out time for things that are important to us.
Think about having raised your children and grown that business, but now all the sedentary life related health issues are knocking on your door.
You don't want to be a liability to your children at old-age, and you want to enjoy the wealth you've spent years to build (not spend it on hospital bills).
