So this video was blocked in some countries so here it goes again with no sound!! Ok for those of you who want to try a good core/arm burner here are two routines. Go from one to another and repeat 3 times or if you really want to fatigue the muscles do the first one x3 before jumping onto the second one. Your choice! One: 15 Stability ball crunches 15 Stability ball push-ups 10 Stability ball crunch + push-ups Two: 20 in and outs 80 mountain climbers Hold plank for 1 minute Note: if these reps are either too much or not enough adjust to your own capacity. Choose an attainable number that you can sustain throughout the workout with effort! It should not be easy but it should be consistent!! 😅💪💦 #core #coreworkout #workout

Gotta love this response by @syattfitness. Losing body fat is simple.
