Bueno, lo primero que debes hacer es tener claro qué causa la flacidez y celulitis y en ambos casos es la misma razón: la GRASA corporal en conjunto con carencia de masa muscular. Los músculos no se endurecen, ni se tonifican, ni se ponen "aguados" por no entrenarlos. Simplemente mientras menos músculo (tamaño muscular) y más grasa tengas, mayor flacidez y celulitis tendrás. Entonces, para combatirlo, debes enfocarte en dos cosas: aumentar tu masa muscular (volúmen muscular) y perder grasa. Sin embargo, como les expliqué en posts anteriores, no puedes hacer ambas cosas al mismo tiempo porque requieren planes totalmente distintos. Debes hacerlo por etapas. En la etapa de pérdida de grasa, lo que determinará los resultados será tu DIETA. El ejercicio, sea cual sea que hagas, simplemente potenciará el efecto de tu dieta. No existen ejercicios para quemar grasa en zonas en particulares. La grasa NO se elimina localizada. Las zonas del cuerpo donde tengas flacidez NO se endurecerán de acuerdo a lo que entrenes. La grasa se elimina UNIFORMEMENTE a través de una dieta calculada de acuerdo a tus requerimientos precisos. Sin embargo, los ejercicios que más te van a favorecer son los que más calorías gasten y más aceleren tu metabolismo, lo cual se traducirá en mayor pérdida de grasa general, que son los básicos multiarticulares como: sentadillas, lunges, peso muerto, dominadas, press banca, flexiones, remos, entre otros. Por otra parte, en la etapa de ganancia muscular, sí puedes enfocarte de forma particular en aumentar los músculos que desees, trabajándolos con todos los ejercicios que gustes: aislados, concentrados, multiarticulares, etc. Sin embargo, los ejercicios más efectivos y anabólicos para causar hipertrofia (aumento muscular) son los mismos que mencioné en el párrafo anterior: los básicos multiarticulares Enfócate en ellos! Debes hacerlos SIEMPRE, sea cual sea tu objetivo. No te compliques con tantos ejercicios de aislamiento innecesarios que, aunque puedes hacerlos perfectamente, no te darán los mismos beneficios que los multiarticulares. . Running was the first stop of the morning but swimming was the second one. This is Cropani marina and it’s crystal clear waters. Rather than just staying on the seaside like a lizard in the sun I decided to enjoy the wonderful sea and go swimming. Vacation for me always meant resting, and enjoying food while lazing around. This year for the first time I decided that I didn’t want to take a chance at gaining a lot of weight on vacation. For this reason I started considering what I could do to remain active and swimming in the Sea turned out to be perfect. Not A huge change but face transformation. This is beginning of the year to now. I'd like to say happy at both stages and it's been an up and down year for me. I'd say happier now.
