Meet my client and dearest friend Myrlina! Words can’t even explain how proud I am of her. Down 25LBS and up 7LBS of lean body mass and this is just the beginning. I’m only 3 months we’ve been able to achieve incredible results. . When Myrlina came to me for her Fitness Consultation, she was lost. She was stuck in a place where she wanted change but just like everyone else she was dealing with personal and economic issues. Down a little over a pound. . But my weight fluctuated a lot since I cut out sugar and grains. I dropped to 166.2 then back up to 170lbs. . So I think it’s a legit drop in 1lb of fat. . Notes: being in a caloric deficit for 4 days sucks. I’ve had a legit mood change. I’m trying so hard this week to really think about what I’m putting into my body. I have the head knowledge on what’s the best, but it’s so hard to apply sometimes... anyone else in this boat?
