Only Small Part, If You Like It, Tomorrow Will Post More. 1.HEALTHY APPLE, PECAN AND HONEY CARAMEL CHEESECAKE INGREDIENTS Crust 1½ cup graham flour ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats ½ cup natural wheat bran ¼ cup wheat germ 75g crushed pecans ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce 2 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp liquid honey ½ tsp salt ½ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp freshly grated nutmeg Filling 500g 1% cottage cheese 250g 0% Greek yogurt 2 whole eggs ½ cup egg whites (or 4 egg whites) ¼ cup liquid honey The zest of 1 lemon 1 tsp cinnamon Apple / Pecan layer 6 apples, peeled and thinly sliced ½ tsp cinnamon 100g pecans, roughly chopped Honey Caramel ⅓ cup liquid honey 1 cup 2% evaporated milk INSTRUCTIONS For the crust Add all the ingredients to food processor and process until well combined. Transfer to a non-stick spring form pan and press to the bottom and sides (all the way to the top) of the pan to form a crust. Set aside For the filling and apple / pecan layer and honey caramel Preheat oven to 375F Add all the ingredients to the bowl of your food processor and process until smooth and creamy, about one minute. Transfer to the reserved pie crust. Bake in 350F oven for 40-45 minutes, until filling is somewhat set. While cake is baking, cook sliced apple in a skillet over medium heat, until they start to soften up, about 3-5 minutes. Add cinnamon, mix to coat and set aside. Make honey caramel (see instructions below) After the cake has baked for 40-45 minutes, take it out of the oven, spoon cooked apples overtop, sprinkle pecans and pour caramel all over the apples. Put cake back in the oven and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes. Turn off the oven and open the door slightly. Allow cake to cool for a couple of hours, then take it out of the oven and let it cool completely before transferring it to the refrigerator, where you will leave it to cool for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Drizzle with a little bit of honey when serving. For the honey caramel In a heavy saucepan, over medium heat, bring the evaporated milk up to a simmer. Continue In The Comments....

Did you know there’s not that many health benefits to sweating in a sauna? The biggest myth is “sweating out toxins.” That’s what your liver and kidney filter out, none of that makes it to your sweat. (There is a very small amount of alcohol you could sweat out after a heavy night of drinking, and a very small amount of salt, and MAYBE trace amounts of other things. but that’s it! Nothing in an amount that is actually noticeable or beneficial!) But there are a few health benefits! there have been multiple studies showing increased heart rate and widening of blood vessels which allows for better circulation. #fitnesstips TIP No 2  CUT DOWN ON SUGAR  If one thing you need to start cutting down it has to be SUGAR.  Yes everybody loves those desserts and we all crave to have that sweet thing after a meal.  But believe us it is unwanted calories and it does not do any good to ourselves. It’s just a satisfaction for our taste buds that stays just for few minutes but have lasting negative effect.  But don’t take drastic steps of reduction.  Start with your tea. Just start cutting half of your sugar intake.  Two spoon to one spoon. From one spoon to half a spoon. From half a spoon to just few granules.  Start slowly reducing sugar from your meal.  Like if you love your sweets or your favourite dessert have just half of it.  We don’t believe in any drastic steps where you go into a sacrificing phase. When this happens you start feeling that you are loosing something in life.  This results In a bounce back with a vengeance eating pattern, where you tend to eat the same thing double.  And please we will never prescribe not to eat your favourite mithai. 🔥 4 Workout Methods To Be A Beast! - (By @dancudes ) - The whole 3 sets of 10 thing gets pretty old after a while, so here are other methods to get you jacked, ripped, swole, yolked, pumped, amped,..... Um ya - 💡The 5x5 method is a perfect workout for strength and mass gains! It brings us back to the fundamentals and allows us to push hard and train the compound lifts! 💡Ascending pyramids are great! My personal favorite. Here, as the weight goes up the reps go down! It allows you to get a good warm up in while you build to your heaviest set! Your starting weight will go up as you progress! 💡 Descending pyramids are the exact opposite of ascending! As the weight goes down the reps go up! You do your heaviest set when you are the freshest and kill it first before moving to lighter loads! 💡 Lastly, a great method is supersets! While there are different ways to go about supersets, whether you pair two exercises working the same or different body parts, I personally like different body parts (I.e. A push and a pull) because it enables you to work hard and bust ass without over fatiguing one muscle group. #waybackwednesday 💀😬 The year was 2015 and the year of the dirty bulk. I was at my heaviest at 195 on the scale and cut down all the way down to 151☠️. I was on a seafood diet. I saw food and I ate it 😂.🍔🌭🍕🥪🥘🍚. Everything was getting demolished. I was at my strongest during this time. All the extra fluff gave me some serious power in the gym. I thought I was building all kinds of muscle underneath the fluff. I was but I had got too fat that when it was time to cut down weight, I had so much weight to lose. It took me so long to shred the fat that I ended up losing all the gains that came during the dirty bulk 😔. If I had my macros better set I could’ve probably maintained a lot more of that muscle but no matter how perfect you set your macros if you diet down for a really long time muscle loss is inevitable. After this dirty bulk I learned a whole lot and decided dirty bulking is not for me. If I don’t feed my body high quality foods my skin, stomach, energy, and mood suffer. The thing about fat cells is that once you create new fat cells you can’t get rid of them, you can only shrink them. That’s why people that were really overweight and lost the weight have a much faster time putting on all the weight back. If you are currently bulking don’t fall into the trap of eating everything in sight just because you want to get bigger. Be smart about it. Aim for about 2-4 pounds on the scale a month depending how lean are to start with. The way you learn to master your body is by failing many times trying to achieve that. I tried a bunch of stuff that I laugh now thinking about , but I’m glad I did because It has made me better. All my fails in the gym inside and out have helped me better teach my clients, friends, and family when approaching the fitness lifestyle. PRIMARY BICEP EXERCISES Flat/ Olympic Bar Curls . Great working set for building muscle. I like to keep my rep range at 8-10. Nice and slow tempo, focusing on squeezing at the top. . Seated DB Hammer Curls . Hammers are great for building width to the outside of the biceps. Again nice and slow tempo but switching up tempo to shock the muscle is always good . Sometimes when you’re training back with biceps, since biceps are activated as a secondary muscle with most back movements I only need two exercises to finish my workouts and get good results.
