Current Physique Update. BEFORE ON LEFT AFTER ON RIGHT. Embarrassing and Inspiring lol. . . On the left I was 223.5 lbs 22% body fat not caring about what I eat at all, and never hitting the gym. On the right was last night and today. I am currently 217.8 lbs and 15.7% body fat. Theres not much weight difference between these photos and really shows that the scale isnt everything. My goal is to get to 10% body fat and maintain around 12% body fat. I don't care about the weight. Take pictures!! They will help you really see change. Nothing better than the mirror!! . . Currently all I'm doing Nutrition wise really is watching my caloric intake and I upped my protein. Not eating everything in site whenever i want Haha. I am also doing Intermittent Fasting. My first meal is at noon and try to stop eating around 8pm. I really learned the power of calorie in vs calorie out which helped something click mentally to get passed my plateaus. . . Cardio wise I started hitting 10k steps a day. Which was an easy way for me to get cardio in because I'm not a huge fan of it. Weight lifting wise I started hitting legs twice and chest twice a week and everything else once a week. Various different workouts but always going for strength and pushing myself. Starting today I am adding 15min of stairmaster on top of the 10k steps a day to my program. Move the fat loss just a little faster. . . As embarrassing as my first pictures are. It is needed to see where I came from and can keep pushing to my goal and hopefully inspire some of you! It has definitely become a fun hobby for me now. I love it. Holis! Hola mis amores, quería contarles que por fin fui a la cita médica del gimnasio para que me den mi rutina de ejercicios y me la darán el miércoles, estoy emocionada, pero a la vez asustada, ya que empezaré a levantar más peso y sé que me va a doler luego, pero no me importa, estoy lista para todo (mentalmente porque mi físico aún no me ayuda). La parte más traumática de la cita médica fue tratar de entender lo que me decía el especialista, hasta que me dijo: en simples palabras tienes más grasa en tu cuerpo que músculo. Pues eso ya lo esperaba, pero me dijo que alguien de mi edad y altura debe tener 17% de grasa en el cuerpo y yo por otro lado tengo el 31% de grasa, así que es mejor que siga la rutina y le ponga más ganas. This weekend I ate Jack Daniels pecan pie & wedding donuts and enjoyed wine & whiskey. I also ate some amazing steak & a killer beet mixed green salad. Today I fit comfortable into one of my tighter pairs of yoga pants- one of those pair I would only wear previously on “lean days”. It’s not about restricting & massive cheat meals aka binges. It really comes down to being consistent with your workouts, moving more outside the gym, getting your gut & body healthy, and being able to enjoy treats in moderation without guilt or binging. The moderate approach to weight loss can be difficult in a world of quick fixes & crash diets but the results are far better & more sustainable 🙌🏻 at Megan Nicole Fitness

На мой взгляд, лучшее, что может сделать молодая мама - наладить режим для своей семьи. 🙄 Без режима дети плохо едят, много капризничают, поздно ложатся спать. А мама ничего не успевает, устаёт и раздражается. Дети любят режим, они к нему легко привыкают. Чувствуют себя увереннее, в безопасности. Знают, чего ожидать. Понимают, что сейчас будет очередной приём пищи, и кушают с аппетитом. Любят вечерний ритуал и легко отходят ко сну. Человек - часть природы. Всё живое на нашей планете существует по определённым законам. 🌎 Есть день 🌞 и ночь.🌛 И в живом организме заложены свои биоритмы. У нас есть умная гормональная система, которая тоже хорошо работает согласно биоритмам. Хорошо ложиться спать не позже 10-11 часов, а деткам еще раньше, в 8-9. Хорошо вставать ранним утром. А вы замечали, что бывает спишь долго, а чувствуешь себя плохо, 😴 а стоит проснуться рано - и полны сил и энергии? 😄 Без установленного правильного режима жизнь беспорядочна и хаотична. Невозможно быть организованным, ответственным и продуктивным без режима. Режим позволят эффективно использовать наше время. ⏰ Может показаться, что режим привносит в жизнь ограничения и скуку. Но это не так. В моей семье мы стараемся придерживаться определённого режима. Наш ребёнок с аппетитом ест, охотно гуляет и легко засыпает в нужное время. 😇 Секрет моей продуктивности - правильный режим для всей семьи.
