🔥How to gain muscle🔥 ➖➖➖➖➖ Follow @dancudes !! ➖➖➖➖➖ Building muscle mass is definitely a challenge. It involves a lot of trial and error and sometimes becomes a psychological battle between you and your goals. With that being said, building muscle is absolutely doable and you can absolutely do it given you do the right things. ➖➖➖➖➖ Too many people are focused on the wrong things such as: isolation exercises (because every muscle gets its own day), pre-workout supplements (because you need your pre-workout chemicals. How else are you going to perform in the gym?), ego lifting (form means nothing. It's all about how much you can lift), and not eating enough food (usually because of fear of getting fat). Here is the thing, there are a bunch of things we need to do to ensure we are building muscle and focusing those mentioned above are not them. ➖➖➖➖➖ You need to: focus on compound lifts (they stimulate the most muscle groups and the most hormonal output to put your body in an anabolic environment), having a good pre-workout (you know, like coffee, green tea, and whole foods. Not chemicals), focusing on form and technique (it's not how much you can bench. It's how much you can bench with proper form), and eating in a surplus (making small, incremental adjustments as you go is the key. It is slow growth but it is the way. Baby accomplishments lead to the overall goal. . . Pretty freaking proud of myself . Second handstand I’ve done postpartum and second handstand since May of 2018. The body is truly is amazing . Definitely didn’t feel like ‘ riding a bike ‘ but muscle memory is beautiful . Happy to back on my hands , I can’t wait to see my progressions. . . Muita gente me pergunta como consigo ir ao ginásio de manhã 🙃 normalmente respondo com uma regra que impôs a mim própria "só tomo banho durante a semana no ginásio" acreditem que pensar assim resulta muito bem nos dias em que não apetece mesmo nada sair da cama mais cedo. Mas mais do que isso... a maior razão para ir é porque treinar é um compromisso que tenho comigo própria. E considero daqueles meus compromissos da qual não posso falhar. Se gosto de por a pé mais cedo para ir treinar??? Não 😴😴😴 mas há tantas coisas que no dia a dia se faz e para o qual não há vontade! No entanto elas tem de ser feitas 🤷‍♀️ exemplos não faltam! Limpar a casa num dia de folga!? Quem gosta e quem prefere ter de limpar e arrumar a casa a ficar num sofá a ver aquele filme? A resposta é fácil!!! Mas tem de ser feito! E digo limpar a casa, como passar a ferro, estender a roupa, ir ao supermercado... estas coisas poderiam aparecer feitas 🤔 mas não! E tal como sinto com o ginásio, nas tarefas doméstica, não gosto de começar, mas a sensação de dever cumprido e de casa limpa é tão boa que compensa tudo... e o ginásio é igual!!! So, I can’t workout for a couple days because I have a concussion. I was working out yesterday and I was doing a pull up and the door frame head broke and ended up falling off and hitting my head on concrete floor knocked myself out. Today We are featuring our favorite Post by @ keto4karboholics - I started keto to lose weight but along the way I fell in love with this lifestyle! I hit my goal weight (60lbs down) almost a year and a half ago but stayed keto not only to maintain my weight but also because I love the energy I have, how great I feel,& the delicious food! So here are MY top 5 tips for keto! ———— 1.You need to commit to keto! The point of keto is to get your body into the metabolic state of KETOSIS where your body efficiently burns fat for fuel. If you are constantly cheating you won’t get into ketosis. 2. Know what your macros are,track them, &eat within them! I know most of you will hate that I say this.. but it makes THE DIFFERENCE! Go onto Ruled.Me &calculate your macros(basically how many calories, fats, protein,&carbs you need). Then download an app like carbmanager or Myfitnesspal (or just paper&pen) and log your food. Even if you track for a few days and then repeat those days to make it easier. 3. Eat good WHOLE FOODS! You don’t need fancy powders, expensive supplements, or anything crazy! Keto is about eating REAL food!A WELL BALANCED keto diet has tons of veggies(leafy greens 🥑 ), nuts/seeds, meats/fish, dairy, and berries in moderation. I suggest making your food yourself and avoiding prepackaged foods. 4. Keep it simple! You don’t have to make the most complex foods or buy all organic. Buy within your budget, make meals that work within your time. When I am busy my go to is grilled chicken thighs with spinach and broccoli sautéed in butter, spinach salads, grilled fish, berries and fresh whipped cream, BPC,& my faux oatmeal.All of these things can be made in 10 mins or less! 5. Track the night before! This is my BIGGEST tip for always staying within your macros! I NEED a dessert so I track that 1st, then I track what I am planning for dinner and breakfast. My remaining macros I use to build a salad for lunch. Not only does it help me get in leafy greens but a salad is easy to customize! Need fats add avocado, dressing/oil, cheese.
