I had a melt down this morning guys.. it was ugly and my dad took the brunt of it lol. I’m stressed out trying to get a bunch of financial shit in order before I go on my trip next month, and my car is also a death machine and being inspected at the shop right now, and this is also the first week I’m running my department with reduced support on our new schedule. Oh and I also have a bunch of problems with my lady stuff and I’ve got a bunch of tests lined up to try to figure out what’s going on. Like, absolute chaos. But you know what? It’s beautiful chaos because life is beautiful and that in itself is enough to be grateful. Despite all of this beautiful chaos, I’ve still been showing up for myself at the gym and trying my best to stick to routine. And despite all of it, I’m still not feeling too too bad mentally. I just bubbled up and got emotional this morning when my dad and I butt heads trying to get my car figured out, and get me to work. There ain’t nothin I can’t handle. Você disse Deltoids Day? QUERO VAMO. Aaaaaaaaa como é bom ter energia pra treinar!!! Eu nem lembrava mais o que era ter força pra carregar peso, fazer todas as repetições conscientemente. No contest eu estava em um déficit calórico tão alto, que pude ver o quanto amo esse esporte. Eu estava lá sem forças, sem energia. Eu chorava né non? @hugocavalcantes ? 😂😂😂😂 eu chorava porque queria treinar direito, mas só conseguia treinar "por instinto". Não conseguia mais racionalizar nenhuma questão da minha vida. Eu realmente não tinha forças pra nada. Eu estava funcionando apenas no modo sobrevivência. E eu sobrevivi, eu venci. Trouxe pra casa 1 medalha e 2 troféus lindos que são o começo de uma história de amor eterna. 🌹 Eu estava lá por amor! HAPPY THURSDAY ☀️ — Killing it once again with my girl @jserje_rn 💪🏼 We used the method #PYRAMIDTRAINING during this whole workout. We started with light weight and high reps for our first set of every exercise (which builds in the WARMUP). As we moved on to the next set of the same exercise, we INCREASED our load and REDUCED our REPS (as the weight goes up, the reps go down). — I choose to share workout videos in hopes that you guys can get some ideas/motivation to get yourself going in the gym 🏋🏽‍♀️ I also choose to record and share because I am on a journey and documenting each step will give me something to look back on one day to see how far I’ve come. Blooper! See that glance at the camera in the begining? I was thinking “should I really record this, I’m about to look ridiculous🤦‍♀️” but I am human and sometimes humans look ridiculous. And I think it’s good to show something where I am not pulling off “perfection”. . I was working on my next IGTV video and was wanting to show an alternate move to the typical way I do it. I wasn’t sure how best to get balanced on that ball since it’s not a piece of equipment I use very often and it just kept wanting to roll to the wall. 😆Good news is I did figure out an easy way to get my legs on and balanced! It’ll be in the video next week. . Exercising isn’t always graceful and pretty. I always enjoy seeing other professionals bloopers, especially the ones who are super fit and always look perfect (because I definitely don’t look like that). Not the best day but my shoulders are feeling it for sure. Not sure why but I am in a bummed mood today after my workout which is a rare feeling. I think it’s because they charged me for Eleanor in daycare which they aren’t supposed too and I specifically asked as I was signing “this isn’t charging me right” and he told me no. Then while I was working out I get a receipt for it. 😒 I just really hate being lied too.

Kettlebell thrusters - hold KB over your wrists, right against your biceps, squat and press overhead at the top! Keep your chest up and core engaged as if you’re bracing for a punch to the gut. 2. Kettlebell Plank Drag: plank position keeping your shoulders stacked over your hand. Straight back and feet as wide as necessary to keep hips square. All I can say is. I got this bod thanks to healthy living program! All it took is 30 days and a positive mindset to get where I am today ✨ A few months after my program, I threw out my back and then got a nasty virus. Honestly it’s so hard being a natural athlete when society portrays false physiques, when there are so many different things available for you to take nowadays, when putting in the work leaves you exhausted, But I have an example to set. It’s about health and living longer for my son,NOT VANITY. I’m doing twice as much cardio , dieting twice as hard , lifting like a madman, and dealing with life all at the same time without any excuses.
