Fruit should always be had first thing in the morning or as a small snack/meal in itself in between meals. It can also be consumed before or after a workout. Have fruit after or with a meal will cause the fructose in it to be stored as fat which is why it should be consumed separately. Fruit is perfect for fulfilling one's sweet cravings but it has to be eaten at the right time. New Move Monday! This week @davidlabrenz and I came up with this exercise together. It’s a great back and arms workout. The first video I put sliders underneath the bosu to be able to pull myself forward. The second I took the sliders out and reduced the weight of the sled to be able to pull the sled forward. This exercise took a little bit of setup but was a really fun exercise to do. Recently I've been asked for tips for staying on track and reaching your fitness goals so thought I'd share my top 3 🤗💛 . 1. WATER. Seriously, cannot stress this enough. Whatever your goals are, whether you're cutting, maintaining or bulking, water is your best friend. 😆💕 Drink lots of it!! I have also noticed SUCH a massive correlation with drinking water and my appetite. On days where I haven't drank enough water, I've found I've ate non-stop throughout the day, as really my body just needs water! . 2. DON'T RESTRICT YOURSELF. When adopting a healthy lifestyle, so many people immediately have the mindset that there's things that they cannot and must not eat, ever. Having this mindset will likely result in you craving these things more and more, making the whole process so much harder for yourself. I have a small treat pretty much every single day. Whether that's chocolate, biscuits, cake🍫🍩🍿. I'll never restrict myself if I know my body really wants it. . 3. REST. I know sleep is mentioned so much, but it's seriously so important. I know I have definitely seen the best results when I'm well rested and not stressed. Plan ahead and organise your week to give yourself that peace of mind and help you to stay on top of the game. If you have planned that you'll go for a walk on Wednesday, or the gym on Thursday, you're far more likely to get up and do it and stick to smashing your goals 😆 at Dundee

Yesterday I had two classes to do, ABS Blast and Circuit. In video below you can see what exercises I do in a circuit class. Class length is 45 min and includes warm up, 2 rounds of 12 exercises 1min on each one, no rest between and stretches on the end. The only rest is betwen the rounds and it takes 1min.
