HOW TO BUILD ABS 💪🏼 I’ve had a lot of people message me about how to target your lower abs because they are really stubborn or what exercises should I be doing etc to make them appear.
Your abdominals are ONE big muscle! You cannot target a certain part of one muscle. You may find when you are carrying out certain exercises your lower abs may feel more stimulated but you will also be targeting the whole muscle (middle and upper area too)
Tip when training abs - try to target as many areas of the muscle as possible by incorporating a variety of exercises and of course your diet has a huge part to play on the appearance of your abs so... EAT CLEAN 😊👙 To build muscle you will need to train abs like any other muscle by lifting heavier and challenging yourself, it’s not supposed to be easy so keep trying to increase your weight the last few reps should be a struggle 😅
