#Howto- Kettlebell Shoulder Press There are a ton of equipments that go unnoticed at the gym while people curse the management to have an upper cap on the duration a person can use treadmills and crosstrainers for. • Personally I haven't touched my feet on a treadmill or a crosstrainer for over 2 years now. It just seems like a really boring way to warm up your body. • Instead I like to do other sorts of body warm ups, such as the #Kettlebell #Shoulder Press before a shoulder workout. • How to do it- 1. Take a kettlebell with a weight that you're comfortable pressing. 2. From there squat down as in the video and using the force from your heels, drive up and get the kettle bell rested at the side of your shoulder with your elbows transitioning outwards during the movement. 3. From there press the weight upwards and keep repeating. • How not to do it- 1. Sit on your ass and whine about crowded gyms. 2. Stuck at a desk all day? You probably suffer from poor circulation which comes with a whole bunch of problems. Good circulation not only helps improve your overall physical health it also helps your immune system and boosts your mood. These easy stretches are great for those stuck in a desk all day! Rubber Neck: Sit up tall and drop your right ear down towards your right shoulder (you don’t have to touch it!) and hold for a few seconds and repeat for the left side. Overhead Reach: Interlace your fingers and reach up towards the sky, as high as you can keeping your palms facing up towards the ceiling Side to Side: Turn your head the left and try and look over your shoulder and hold for a few seconds, repeat on the right Bobblehead: Drop your chin down towards your chest and GENTLY roll your head from side to side. Shrugs:Raise both shoulders up towards your ears and hold for a few seconds and release. Repeat a few times for good measure Chest Stretch: Bring your hands behind your back, press your palms together, sit up tall and hold for 5–10 seconds. Knee Hugs: Sit up tall and extend your right arm all the way up towards the ceiling. Straighten your left leg out and raise it up as you bring your right arm down and try to touch your left foot. Do 8–10 on each side. Side Bends: Extend your right arm over your head and reach out as far as you can to the left and gently bend over. Hold for a few seconds and do it the other way. Knee Press: This one stretches out the glutes. With your right ankle on your left knee, gently press against the right knee a few times.
