Mito super frecuente hoy en día dentro de los gym. Pues es imposible que una mujer por hacer pesas quede musculosa como un hombre. Incluso para muchos sujetos hombres ser musculoso les toma años de esfuerzo. La razón de este mito se debe al desconocimiento de las sustancias químicas que consumen ciertas mujeres en los gym que llevan a pensar erróneamente que su desarrollo muscular se debe a pollo y brocoli... Puedes amiga estar segura de que no te pondrás gigantesca porque los niveles hormonales de testosterona son 10 veces menores en las mujeres respecto a los hombres. Si eres nueva en el gym, entrena suave en el gym al menos 6 semanas y luego gradualmente aumenta la intensidad de tus entrenamientos. Si no aumentas las cargas frecuentemente, solo progresarás al inicio y luego dejaras de ver progreso, esto debido a que el organismo solo genera mejoras si el estimulo que en este caso es el ejercicio, exige lo adecuado al cuerpo. Las formas de progresar la intensidad son muchas, como por ejemplo los kilos, numero de series, numero de repeticiones, volumen del entrenamiento, frecuencia del mismo, disminución de pausas, o métodos de entrenamiento especiales como, drop sets, super series, etc. Si quieres darle un plus a tu entrenamiento, salir de tu estancamiento, planificarlo según objetivos o periodizarlo para sacarle mayor partido a esas horas de entrenamiento, consúltame por asesorías online vía DM, mail o wsp. What is EPOC❓... - - E.P.O.C. stands for Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption and is basically the after burn effect you get from HIIT training. This after burn effect elevates metabolism as a result of our bodies consuming more oxygen than it’s pre-exercise baseline level in an attempt to restore homeostasis. Basically after a bout of HIIT training the body is using more oxygen in an attempt to recover. With me so far?… 🤔 - - So why is this important? Well, this recovery process from exercise, where our bodies are using more oxygen, requires energy and we burn more calories as a result of it. Waheeey! 😁 So after intense training our bodies continue to work at a harder rate, burning more calories, even when we have finished exercising. 🔥🔥🔥 - - So how long does this last for? THEM SHITS WAS HARD! My lockouts were as soft as a wet noodle and this was my hardest set in a while, BUT it feels good to have to struggle. As weird as it may sound, I feel that the nerves and anxiety of a tough task just add more fuel to the fire. Something more mundane evokes nothing. Those really grindy ones though... To you all out there that have reoccurring revenue coming in either from members or clients, remember the customer acquisition costs are ALWAYS more than the costs to retain a customer . If you're business model relies on monthly revenue take that cost and multiply that by the average amount of months that your members stay with you = your customer lifetime value . Each time you lose a member you're losing out on all that potential revenue . Focus on RETAINING your client and you'll see much more predictable revenue come in. . I do a 750ml shaker filled with water and a full lime's juice. REMATORE CON MANUBRIO: ESECUZIONE CORRETTA 🔥 - Il rematore con manubrio è uno degli esercizi più efficaci per lo sviluppo dei dorsali SE FATTO CORRETTAMENTE. ⚠️ - L’errore comune è quello di sollevare il manubrio in maniera tale da non enfatizzare il lavoro sul dorsale ma utilizzando prevalentemente i muscoli delle braccia. 💪 - Per enfatizzare il lavoro sul dorsale ed eseguire correttamente l’esercizio occorre: 1️⃣ Posizionarsi con il tronco più parallelo possibile al pavimento 2️⃣ Partire con il braccio perpendicolare al pavimento e il muscolo dorsale in massimo allungamento (tenendo il manubrio a terra) 3️⃣ Stringere con il palmo della mano il manubrio ed esercitare una pressione omogenea e costante su di esso (no a prese molli con il manubrio che “sfugge dal palmo delle mani” e viene tenuto dalle dita) 4️⃣ Tirare il manubrio verso l’alto immaginando di volerlo portare verso la cresta iliaca e non verso la spalla.
