I was waiting for the day where I would feel motivated again. Motivated to be back on a disciplined diet plan and workout plan that made sense with my schedule. Sometimes it takes a few days to recover, some days it can take a few months!!! For me, a few months was well needed to rest physically and mentally 💪. .
I got to take a break and not have to worry about rushing to the gym and rush to eat and rush to sleep! Rather, I took my time, did moderate activity when I wanted and I got to read A LOT which trained my mind to view myself and the world in a completely different perspective that has been fuel to my vibes 🤗😁💙.
Be mindful of when you deserve that break, and also be mindful when you’re eager to come tackle new challenges and goals !!! 😎.
