Oggi un'idea per un #pranzo vegan (senza volere, ho solo assecondato le mie voglie 😍): purè di fave, pane integrale tostato e zucchine grigliate con semi di canapa. Le proteine vegetali sono altrettanto nobili e vanno ben integrate nella dieta. La cosa importante per completare il loro profilo è di abbinarle a d3i carboidrati, possibilmente integrali. Se vi danno fastidio perché provocano gonfiore le strategie sono 2: 1. Avere pazienza e ritentare partendo da quantità molto piccole a salire (il nostro corpo impara a tollerarli piano piano); 2. Utilizzare legumi decorticati (privati della buccia). Che oltretutto sono perfetti per farci delle creme o ridurli in purea e si cuociono più in fretta. I semi di canapa sono una scoperta recente per me. Ottimi di sapore, croccanti. Hejka naklejka! ✋ Pomimo kilku perypetii dzisiaj, wciąż utrzymuje dobry humor, bo po co być smutnym? 😃 Smutanie jest przereklamowane 😜 Było kilka pytań odnośnie przepisu na te pankejki, więc wstawiam: 🔸200g białek jaj, 🔸1 całe jajko, 🔸40g mąki (u mnie ryżowa), 🔸10g kakao, 🔸szczypta pdp, 🔸coś do poslodzenia np. łyżka ksylitolu, 🔸olej do smażenia, Dodatkowo: 🔸masło orzechowe, 🔸gorzka czekolada, 🔸toffifee, 🔸banan. Białka ubijamy na sztywną pianę, dodajemy żółtko, mąkę, pdp, slodzik i miksujemy. Pankejki smażymy na rozgrzanej i natłuszczonej patelni pod przykryciem. COCONUT CLOUDS 2.0 🥥☁ ~ Buon pomeriggio❣️ Devo dire che questi sofficissimi #PANCAKES al FORNO mi stanno piacendo sempre di più 🤩🔝 (e non solo a me in famiglia), tanto che ne ho preparato degli altri, apportando alcune modifiche 😏 Ovviamente anche questi sono #glutenfree, #dairyfree & #nutfree ma fatto alcune piccole variazioni, come togliere la gomma di guar e sostituire la farina di riso con quella di CASTAGNE 🌰🤩 Rispetto agli altri ho ridotto le dosi perché non sapevo se mi sarebbero piaciuti, quindi per farli ho usato: • 100ml di albume • 20g di farina di cocco @bionaorganic (la potete trovare su @prozisitalia) • 20g di farina di CASTAGNE • 1 cucchiaino di lievito vanigliato (o bicarbonato + limone) • un minuscolo pizzico di sale ~ Procedimento (ne ho fatti 8): → preriscaldare il forno a 180°C → in una ciotola ho montato a neve gli albumi, poi ho aggiunto il lievito e il pizzico di sale e ho montato ancora → ho poi incorporato le farine mescolando dal basso verso l’alto per non smontare gli albumi → ho versato l’impasto ottenuto dandogli una forma rotonda su della carta forno (ogni pancakes è 1 cucchiaio e mezzo circa di impasto) → ho infornato e cotto per 10/12 minuti, o comunque fino a quando non diventano solidi e i bordi iniziano a diventare dorati ~ Stamattina ho aggiunto dell’ALBUME 🍳 strapazzato con CACAO 🍫, FRUTTI di BOSCO 🍓, semi di ZUCCA 🎃 e una spolverata di CANNELLA 🍁 ~ Buon appetito 😋 ~ 10% di sconto su @prozis con il codice SARALF10 ~ #healthy #healthyfood #instafood #food #fitfood #fitlife #foodporn #fit #healthyfoodporn #healthylifestyle #fitness #eatclean #eattherainbow #delicious #breakfast #berries #black #white #coconut #clouds #colazione #chocolate #protein #eggwhites #cinnamon #chestnut

Zdrowe tłuszcze na śniadanie! Awokado, orzechy i jajka to źródło cennych składników pokarmowych, o których warto pamiętać podczas budowania swojego jadlospisu. A oto przepis na jako zapiekane w awokado z @kwestiasmakucom SKŁADNIKI 1 - 2 PORCJE 1 dojrzałe awokado 2 małe jajka sól, pieprz 2 łyżeczki masła (opcjonalnie) DODATKI, DO WYBORU: pomidor blanszowany szpinak z czosnkiem (i opcjonalnie serem pleśniowym) grzanki z dobrego pieczywa szczypiorek tarty parmezan PRZYGOTOWANIE Piekarnik nagrzać do 200 stopni C. Awokado umyć, położyć na desce, przekroić poziomo na pół. Otworzyć awokado delikatnie okręcając owoc. Usunąć pestkę. Doprawić solą i pieprzem. We wgłębienia wbić jajka (większość białka się nie zmieści, więc zapiekamy żółtko + troszkę białka). Na jajku można jeszcze położyć łyżeczkę masła. Położyć na blaszce lub włożyć do naczynia żaroodpornego i wstawić do piekarnika. Piec przez ok. 13-15 minut (danie jest smaczniejsze jeśli żółtko pozostaje miękkie, płynne). Jednocześnie możemy też opiec kromki pieczywa. Nota para los frikis🤓de la vajilla🍽: el ramequin es de @emilehenryfrance 🇫🇷y lo adooooooroooo❤️. . Crumble de manzana🍎(vegan&fit) 🍎1 manzana 🍋zumo de medio limón 🧡canela 🧡crema de almendras (o de otro fruto seco que te guste) *receta más abajo* ✨granola o copos de avena (pero con granola queda mejor, yo he usado granola de @wkkellogg_uk ) 🌾harina de avena, 🧡nueces u otros frutos secos, 🖤pasas, Opcional: un hilito de miel🍯o sirope de arce🍁. •cortar la manzana en trocitos y echarla en un ramequin o molde para horno. •regar con zumo de limón, •espolvorear de canela, •remover. •en un cuenco aparte mezclar 2-3 cucharadas de crema de almendras con un poco de granola y de harina de avena e ir removiendo añadiendo poquito a poquito más granola y más harina de avena hasta que consigamos una pasta arenosa y no pegajosa. •mezclar la pasta de crumble con los trocitos de manzana y cubriendo especialmente la parte superficial para que se forme una especie de costra. •hornear durante unos 20-30min hasta que la manzana esté blanda y doradita y la pasta de crumble se haya solidificado. . Para hacer la crema de almendras sólo necesitas un ingrediente: almendras. Inutile dire che non c'è niente di meglio la mattina che.... Una buona e sana colazione.... Beh... Una volta quando i dottori ti visitavano, la prima cosa che guardavano era la lingua...l'alito..gli occhi.... Poi tastavano l'intestino.... Il fegato ect... Ect...
