Nach dem Dreiviertel Jahr Verletzungsbedinger Pause seit Ende 2018 mit einem heftigen Motivationsverlust, geht es seit einigen Monaten wieder richtig bergauf. 3-5 Mal die Woche, morgens ab 6, immer um die kaputte Schulter herum trainiert. Thursday Thoughts So pleased to have had a conversation with someone yesterday that is phenomenally busy, Trains hard and is separated from his young family, with enough to balance on his plate, and still went at a challenge he’d seen demonstrated. I may or may not have had a hand in training this person, but I was humbled that I may still have that ability post my instructional role. For me looking back I always accepted that challenge from the military but got the home life wrong, it’s a balance I never achieved as the challenge I didn’t even out correctly. We live and we learn as we move forward. BUDINO VEGANO AI LAMPONI 😍 (Ricetta sotto ⬇️)! Buongiorno cari 💓, per la colazione di stamani ho voluto replicare una delle colazioni che preparavo spessissimo in estate e che da oggi, per un bel po’, credo non mi preparerò più (d’inverno preferisco le cose calde!)... Provatelo anche usando altri tipi di frutta (per esempio ieri sera ero indecisa tra lamponi e mango 🥭🤩) e fatemi sapere!! Buonissima giornata 💜 ••••• Mettete in un frullatore 1 banana bella grande (o 1 banana e mezzo) tagliata a rondelle, 200 gr di lamponi e azionate riducendo a purea. Trasferite la purea sul fuoco in un pentolino, aggiungete 150 gr di latte (per me quello di cocco 🥥) e fate andare, mescolando, fino al bollore. Quando il composto bolle, mettete 1 cucchiaino di agar agar e fate andare per un altro minuto. Togliete dal fuoco e mettete in una ciotolina. Fate raffreddare e poi in frigo tutta la notte 😍! Potete anche rovesciarlo su un piatto per fare una cupoletta (tra i miei post trovate quella al kiwi 🥝)

Testimonial Thursday 😀😀😀 Thanks Zena 💕 “For anyone thinking of trying PT sessions with Kelly...I had been promising myself to start exercising for longer than I care to admit. ​I was feeling down and drinking more often than I should. Then, a few months back, I got taken along to a great exercise class ‘open day’ with my lovely friend Yvette and met the fabulous Kelly. She is so friendly and welcoming that I decided to take the big step of booking some personal training sessions with her. I did have a mild panic before the first session and very nearly cancelled. I am so glad that Kelly gently convinced me to give it a try. I loved Kelly’s sessions immediately! I had 3 x PT sessions with Kelly but got Cellulitis thanks to an insect bite and then came down with Laryngitis/Acute Pharyngitis (Doctor’s diagnosis differed?!). During these few weeks of feeling really poorly, I obviously couldn’t exercise at all but I did manage to stick to Kelly’s clean eating meal plans. Obviously my appetite wasn’t great being ill and I was reliant on my fab friend ‘Katie’s’ homemade soups to get me through the first week of feeling awful but I have found that my whole outlook on what I eat has changed in a very short period of time. The menus are easy to follow and I find shopping for food much less stressful, knowing what my week’s meals are going to be. I don’t feel bloated anymore and I don’t really miss the carbs, I’ve stopped drinking alcohol and now that I’m finally starting to feel better, I can actually get off my sick bed/sofa and get out in the fresh air and gently start to exercise again. Kelly even changed the way we exercise because of my painful cough so that it didn’t aggravate it. My voice is still not fully recovered but thankfully, you don’t have to talk whilst you exercise. Kelly is always upbeat, positive and great fun. I will most definitely be booking another 10 PT sessions. Usa el "traductor" de Instagram. Hoy estoy modo español 🇨🇴 #unipose porque no hay más y no soy buena posando.🤓 Siempre he llevado una dieta flexible, entrenando bien pesado para ganar masa muscular en las piernas y gluteos. Luego, busqué alternativas para pérdida de grasa que no funcionaron para nada!!! No daré detalles pero eran unos batidos que supuestamente "te ayudan" con éste proceso para luego darme cuenta que no únicamente estaban llenos de azúcar pero también a largo plazo no eran buenos para la salud.🤦🏽‍♀️ Logré encontrar mi enfoque volviendo a la naturaleza. 🥬🥒🥦🥕🥑 comiendo sano de acuerdo a lo que necesitaba mi cuerpo sin más ni menos. Hay mas motivación y con el tiempo uno va conociendo mejor su cuerpo. Esto no pasa de la noche a la mañana, es un trabajo de mucho tiempo y de poco a poco. Entre otros trabajo de fuerza, Pilates y Yoga que ha corregido mi poco a poco mis malos hábitos posturales y mi abdominales, creando un cuerpo delgado "estilizado". Gracias también a mi dietista/nutricionista por ayudarme a entender aún más en lo que estaba fallando. ❤ at دبي- Dubai

Bench press workout was 2 sets of 10 135, set of 5 185, set of 5 225, set of 3 255, set of 1 285, set of 1 315, set of 19 attempt 225, set of 15 225, set of 14 225, set of 10 225 pause reps, set of 9 225, and a set of 15 185. 💪 I'm happy with how 225 moved today for sure!!
