When you’re thicker than a Snicker 💪🏼😍🌊 I used to think being fit always meant being skinny but my mindset has changed since I started lifting weights and lifting heavy.
Gone are the days of being a cardio bunny although I can still out cardio a good number of people. I’ve learned so much through this journey - focusing on health both physical and mental, focusing on what makes me strong and sustainable, what makes me happy and confident.
I may not be as lean and skinny as I used to be after losing 65 lbs. but I’m so much stronger physically and mentally and most importantly, happier and fulfilled compared to how I was a year or two ago. I can do so much more physically that I surprise myself most of the time.
At 38, I can confidently say that I feel, train, live like an ATHLETE and this is a big deal for me especially since I grew up as an overweight nerdy science video game geek 🤓 — #FITTHICK 💪🏼😘💪🏼 How about you? Where are you in your journey? And how can I help you find what makes you healthy and happy?☀️🙏🏻💕💪🏼 at The Bahamas
