First time making Emily's @keto.copy fathead dough. Used it as a pizza crust. 🍕 The pizza sauce is @raoshomemade, always Rao's! No filter needed, it came out beautifully! I was really hoping my oldest daughter would like it, turns out she doesn't like any kind of keto friendly pizza crusts except for @cutdacarb. 🤷‍♀️ But that's ok! Breakfast is this @ketochow strawberry 🍓 meal replacement shake. It was very good! Thick & creamy! Tasted like a milkshake! & definitely filling. 👌👍 Cannot wait to try the other flavors they sent! 😄 . Basically it is an add fat, powder, water, shake & go mix. They recommend putting it in the fridge over night, which I did. I made it with heavy whipping cream. It can also be made with avocado oil, or both avocado oil/heavy whipping cream. Yo decidí sustituirla por vendaje funcional, no elástico, sustitutivo de ligamentos por el exterior del pie para evitar agravarlo pero poder movilizarlo. . Seguimos con ejercicios isométricos, isotónicos y funcionales, hoy sin el vendaje funcional para comprobar progresos. Cinco días ya fortaleciendo el tobillo. Hoy tengo agujetas en los cuadriceps de la pierna afectada. . Posiblemente la “base” era buena. Una musculatura fuerte y entrenada, unas articulaciones fuertes y entrenadas. Una dieta equilibrada y rica en macro y micronutrientes y con porcentaje alto de proteínas. Añadimos estos días además suplementación de choque: colageno, msm, condroitina, glucosamina y aminoacidos ramificados. . Los resultados son sorprendentes. Reality loss only 1.1 lbs in 2nd week of keto and IF. I think It’s because I only worked out twice and water intake was low and I ate (cashew nuts/ beef patty/ chicken patty) it wasn’t homemade. Dia 5 tras retirada de ferula de escayola. . El pie tiene muy buen aspecto. Me di una ducha y me quité el vendaje funcional. Lo he tenido en alto un rato y casi no está hinchado. Los progresos son considerables. Una mezcla de todo; ejercicios, reposo, alimentación, suplementación y antiinflamatorios. . Que la apariencia no me engañe, eso sigue doliendo en segun que movimientos y la cicatrización no está aún al 100%. Hay que tratarlo con cuidado pero al mismo tiempo darle caña 🤣 . Sábado 16 Día 4 tras retirada de ferula de escayola. . Empezamos la mañana haciendo los isométricos. . Ayer me puse de nuevo un vendaje funcional. Por la tarde, sin el vendaje, el niño cogió la muleta para hacer la ametralladora y al girar le dio un golpe a algo, que yo inconscientemente fui a coger “al vuelo” rotando sobre el pie malo. No pasó nada porque el dolor me recordó que no estoy en forma y detuve el movimiento agarrándome a un mueble. . Por eso necesito el vendaje funcional porque estar en casa es como estar en una pista de atletismo, entre los imprevistos del niño y yo que soy muy rápido en reacción. . . . 🤗 #gymselfie 🤗 . Killed it in the gym the past two days with chest/biceps yesterday & back/triceps today. Now I can’t really raise my arms, so mission accomplished, right?! 😉 . Funny thing, while I was relaxing on the massage bed, I thought how much I like going to Planet Fitness. Of course, I miss running & hiking outside. Can’t wait to get back to it when the foot eventually heals. Taco salad/nachos. Whatever you want to call it. Using @questnutrition chili lime tortilla chips!!! Seriously delicious!! . I use ground beef with store bought taco seasoning. Topped with cheddar cheese, red onions, tomatoes, black olives, lettuce, queso, sour cream & salsa. After starting the day with a 1.5 hour conference call, hit the gym for a great workout. Needed that! . Wanted to do some strength training earlier in the week but wasn’t 💯. Glad I waited because I was feeling strong today! . And since the hubs & I went out yesterday to celebrate early, I cooked dinner tonight. Tried a new pasta puttanesca recipe (delish), paired with roasted asparagus & sautéed mushrooms. Was soooo good.
