Returning from a long weekend away, the last thing I will do is step on the scale... I know good & well by how I feel that the scale will show me heavier than I was before my trip.
I ate & drank things that I knew would cause inflammation. I was off my sleep & fitness routines. I didn’t drink as much water as usual. I traveled by plane. 🍔🍟🍕🌮🥓✈️🥂 Luckily, years ago I removed the power of the scale over my mood/self-worth/happiness/etc... and I want the same for you! 💕
I have been following @131method for over a year, and this kind of weekend doesn’t “ruin my diet” because these kinds are weekend are very much a welcomed part of my life to celebrate with friends, so it’s PART OF MY DIET... or rather the anti-diet! #131movement
