The same Sicilian sit ups I did the other day on a decline bench... even better on a Swiss ball.
The eccentric of this exercise is what really makes it shine, like an upside down ab rollout. With the Swiss ball though, you get even more of a stretch in the rectus abdominis due to a few extra degrees of thoracic extension. Plus, being able to slide your feet under something, instead of your shins against pads like with the bench, allows for less hip flexor activation. This really lets you get that pelvic tuck to really turn on the abs and contract them through the whole movement. Superset this with hanging leg raises for 5 rounds. Fantastic 👌🏽
Also hit some heavy renegade rows for the obliques today for a wonderful pull day. Programming is going really good lately.
