Day 51 of #gymshark66 spent teaching my weekly Zumba class 💃🏽💦🔥 what a fun one it was, and super sweaty of course! If there isn’t a sweaty after Zumba selfie, did it even happen though? 😂
Zumba is a great way to get the heart rate up, body moving, and to break a sweat! The hour flies right on by, and before you know it, you’ve burned 500 calories like it was nothing 😱😍
I love being able to incorporate different activities into my fitness routine, it adds variety, and allows you to train different fitness domains: endurance, stamina, strength, etc.
