Happy Monday! How was your weekend? I can explain my weekend in 4 words.....Pizza, sweets, carbs, and chocolate. 🍕🧁🥮🍫
Yep, you read that right. I INDULGED this weekend for no apparent reason other than the fact that I literally had NO self-control. 🤷🏼♀️ I enjoyed every second of every bite I ate from pizza to dark chocolate to leftover homemade deserts from our Valentine's supper. •
Here's the thing...I'm human, I love chocolate 😍, and when someone offers you a box of leftover deserts, it would be rude to say "No!" Right?! 🤔 •
BUT it's Monday. And reality check...I can't continue to eat like I did this weekend, because I have goals. Goals to work on my nutrition, goals to work on my health, and personal growth goals too. 💪🏼
