So Much Stuff...😬
As you can see in the first pic, I bring A LOT of stuff with me out onto the gym floor.
1. Barbell Pad
2. Workout Log
5. Water Bottle
6. Resistance Band
I ALMOST need a little bag 🧳for it all.
THEN, in the next pic I BRING a lot of stuff to the gym. I’ll show you sometime, but I bring running shoes, lifting shoes, coat, BCAAs, all the other stuff mentioned above and other randomness.
Good grief 🙄, I like move-in everyday I go.
Anyway, I had a crappy work day, but SO HAPPY 😁 my workout was awesome. Leg 🦵 Days are my favorite. I hit it harder than normal and I’m glad I did.
