Morning routines…they make a huge difference in our lives. If we wake up and rush to get things going, it just feels stressful. If we wake up and set intentions, that opens the day to happiness. 😍😃
I wanted to share my morning routine and share how it helps me get tasks done. I try to do this daily, but I do have mornings I sleep. And my daughters feeding schedule is not quite a schedule. 😉 When I do something in the morning for myself, though, I feel better. .
Here’s what I like to do:
🔹Wake up and get coffee
🔹Turn on motivational music on You Tube to run in the background
🔹Roll Rose Touch 🌷 on my wrists and inhale (this oil is high vibration of love & happiness)
🔹A drop of Balance to my wrists and inhale (this helps me feel focused, grounded and in tune with setting my intentions for the day 🙆♀️)
🔹Write 5 things I am grateful for (whatever comes to my mind whether it’s my coffee or something nice someone did..anything)
🔹Look at my vision board in my phone and feel it and imagine it’s happened
🔹10 minute money meditation from @manifestationbabe
🔹And lastly, if I didn’t do it the night before, write down my to do for the day and set intention to tackle most important things first. Ideally, writing this list down at night for the next day will help me move from my morning routine into action, but life happens and I work with what I have done and plan to better myself each day.
And that’s it. My next goal is to wake up early on a schedule and get a workout in. 💪 I know I personally will be more likely to actually do it if I do it first thing in the morning. And then take massive action in my day.
