Was anyone aware that you can cook eggs with a banana and it actually tastes amazing?? I was a little sketched out when I heard about it, but I decided to try it this morning. It’s so good!! I just heated coconut oil in a pan, added a mashed ripe banana and then added 2 eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon, and cooked like scrambled eggs. I added nut butter, blueberries, hemp seeds, and cacao nibs. Try it!!! at Overland Park, Kansas

Chocolate milk and Mason jars 🙌🏻🐄🍶 These are a few of my favorite things 🎶🎼💗 • My kids love this chocolate milk so much that I could barely keep their hands off of it while I tried to snap a few photos! Haha...but it's okay. ;) They know what's good for them. Over the years, I think most of us that are paying attention have found that what we were consuming for years was not the correct fuel for our bodies. So many things have changed and maybe that comes with age but with the need for companies to push out more product faster with less expense, you’ll bet that the almighty dollar is far more important to them than your health. But chicken and fish are both good sources of protein, with similar amounts of the nutrient in a 3 ounce serving. Three ounces of light meat chicken, without the skin, has about 27 grams of protein.
