Veg cutlets 😋 very easy and nutritious speacially for kids who aren’t interested in eating veggies any other way . I prefer to cook easy and quick things that are healthy too . So here is sharing another one of my fav quick and easy recipe 😇

Ingredients - boiled potatoes 2-3 medium sized , 1 red pepper , few pieces of broccoli grated , paneer 50 gms or cheese , half carrot grated , salt , pepper , garam masala , fresh coriander leaves , 2-3 tablespoon of breadcrumb
1) Mix boiled potatoes with the veggies above , paneer , and bread crumbs all together .
2) Add dry spices including salt and pepper whatever you like and according to your taste .
3) Roll them in to little ball and flatten them how you can see in the pics .
4) I prefer butter for my lil one you can use any other oil you like . 1 teaspoon will do just turn it over few times and serve with ketch up . Healthy and tasty all done . at Kent, Kent, United Kingdom
