Presque un mois que je suis dans cette nouvelle salle @cfitnesscarredesoie et je dois dire que ça fait parti de l’une des meilleurs salle de lyon ! PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD 📈 Progressive overload is essentially the idea that we must increase the amount of total work we do in the gym, session to session, in order to achieve muscle growth. This can be done by either increasing our number of repetitions, sets or the load for each exercise. A simple example would be doing bench press 80kg x 10 x 4 and next week bench press 80kg x 11 x 4. Progressive overload must be achieved, otherwise the muscle will have no reason to grow, this is why it it important to track your weights, sets and reps each workout and aim to improve at least one of these variables every session. If you don't track your workouts it is possible that you are not actually getting stronger week to week and slowing progress. Una merienda deliciosa 💖 Chía. Avena. Leche de Almendras. Canela. Aroma vainilla. Bayas Goji. Melocotón. Frutos secos. 1️⃣ En el tarrito donde vamos a comer la merienda cubrimos las semillas de chía con leche de Almendras y las dejamos en remojo dentro de la nevera ☝️Tip: con 10mins vale, cuanto más las dejes más gelatinosa se quedará la mezcla👅) 2️⃣en un bol mezclamos avena con un chorrito más de leche de Almendras + Canela + unas gotas de aroma de vainilla (lo puedes meter en el micro 1 min para que quede más pastoso) 3️⃣ pondremos nuestra avena sobre las semillas de chía y añadiremos las bayas de Goji, la fruta (melocotón en mi caso) y los frutos secos por encima. Tip: si quieres un poco de dulzor puedes añadir stevia a la avena o un poquito de miel. 🌺 Y listo!!! Ensalada de soba noodles 🇯🇵 con dressing de ajonjolí. Cocinar la soba de Buckwheat (alforfón) en agua por 5 mins. Mezclar con: zanahoria, pimentón, pepino, repollo morado, guisantes, champiñones, Tofu (Tofu firme, cortado en cuadros y salteado en aceite de ajonjolí) + marañones y cebollín. Para el dressing: mezclar 2 cdas de aceite de ajonjolí tostado, 1 cda de vinagre de arroz y 2 cdas de aminos de coco (o salsa soya)- Buckwheat Soba noodles salad with sesame dressing. Cook soba in water for 5 mins. Mix with: carrot, red pepper, cucumber, purple cabbage, peas, mushrooms, Tofu (firm Tofu, cut into squares and sauteed in sesame oil) + cashews and chives (or spring onions). 🔴Haz doble clic en la foto y disfruta de la Receta del día 🇨🇱“EMPANADAS DE MANZANA”🍏 (20 Unidades) INGREDIENTES: -600 gr de harina -125 gr de mantequilla -2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear -1 pisca de sal -1/2 taza de azúcar -1/2 taza leche caliente -1 huevo -1 Huevo batido para pintar Relleno: -2 manzanas en cubos -1/2 taza de nueces -1 cucharada de canela molida -2 cucharadas de maicena -4 cucharadas de azúcar PREPARACION 1.-En un bowl agregar la harina, la sal, el azúcar y el polvo de hornear, juntar los ingredientes y agregar la mantequilla, el huevo y la leche caliente. Amasar hasta formar una masa blanda y lisa. Reservar 30 min en el refrigerador. 2.-En una olla agregar las manzanas picadas, el azúcar, y la canela. Cocinar por 5 minutos, agregar la maicena y las nueces picadas, revolver y reservar. 3.-Precalentar horno a 180ºC 4.-Estirar la masa sobre un mesón enharinado, la masa debe quedar de un grosor de 0,3 cm aproximadamente. Cortar en forma redonda y rellenar con la mezcla de la manzana fría. Mojar lo bordes con agua y sellar. 5.-Poner las empanadas en una bandeja de horno y pintar la superficie con huevo batido y si gustas rociar por granos de azúcar en la superficie. 6.-Hornear a 180º C o fuego medio por 25 minutos. Finally the last triathlon of the year! Wet and cold 🥶 but I survived 😂 3rd in my age group. . .
