I honestly believe we NEED supplementation in this day in age. Soil is not as rich or as nutrient as when our Grandparents were young, we have a ton more pollution, we are prescribed medications as band aids, especially antibiotics.. and fast food is a normal and an acceptable meal most nights of the week. We are all under so much stress these days. Stress makes a huge impact on your health as well! Even if you are eating completely healthy, there's no possible way you are getting everything you need... That is why I believe in supplementing. I consider myself a gut health expert. I have dedicated the last 6 years in educating myself about the gut, how it affects your health and I have done a lot of research on different probiotic brands. I go to CVS, and find it "FUN" to look at the labels on Probiotic bottles! 😂 What I have found is that NO OTHER PROBIOTIC contains all 5 probiotic strains WITH digestive enzymes and an Anti fungal. I'm kinda obsessed with this probiotic.. I suppose all of us need a small sweet reward after a week full of work. This time, my reward consisted in these fluffy and tasty pancakes. For the batter I mixed in a bowl 2 cups of milk, 2 cups of white flour, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. I also added vanilla extract which makes them extra delicious. Then you need to heat a large skillet and brush it with melted butter. When edges look dry, and bubbles start to appear and pop, turn over (this takes about 2 minutes). Once flipped, cook until lightly browned. In the end, I added maple syrup and smashed nuts. Pamiętasz ten czas kiedy zaczynałes coś robić i totalnie Ci nie szło? Teoretycznie proste rzeczy sprawialy Ci ogromne trudności? Pamiętasz co wtedy czulas? Treningi były zawsze moja oaza, kochałam to: pot, ciężary, ciężka praca. Po trzy-miesiecznej przerwie od siłowni wróciłam i pierwszy trening od razu pokazal mi, że nie ma już starej Oli która mogła dźwigać czy podrzucac ciężary. Nie potrafię nawet usiąść na rowerku żeby wykręcić cardio. Trudno. Nie ma starej, będzie nowa, lepsza! 🔥 Dziś tam wróciłam, przerażona, zła, smutna, ale pełna nadziei, samozaparcia i pokory. 3 Msc temu byłam przykuta do łóżka, dziś potrafię chodzić, a co wydarzy się za kolejne trzy zależy 5ylko o demnie!
