Fresh stocks just in to SuperValu Sutton & Swords 🚛
We deliver fresh products to each store every 2 weeks. Unlike to other Kimchi producers, we don’t use any vinegar or juice which widely used to lower the pH and make it sour quickly we just let it fermented naturally - adding these to Kimchi also help to extend the shelf-life, but from our research, we found it kill all the good bacteria.
Our Kimchi is just like well-made yogurt, it is alive with a full of healthy bacteria, and we don’t want our Kimchi to be seated on the shelf for months.
Some of you may found our packaging is swelled up, this is because of natural gas made from the fermentation. We replace it with new one when we see it, it’s hard work for us, but it is the best way to bring you “The Real Kimchi”. We are working on new packagings with a glass jar and pouch type, it will come soon to you! 💏 at Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre
