Not feeling well at all this morning which is probably a blessing in disguise as it’s a chance to resist junk food and chocolate etc because when you’re feeling unwell the last thing you want to eat is junk food, greasy food or chocolate etc. It’s peanut butter porridge for breakfast and 500ml water.
