Hello, I’m eating this and thinking about today and tomorrow. So let me tell you my story today.
I was getting ready to go to #Düsseldorf and learn #German there because i thought i failed every test. But luckily i passed 2/3 „ #Aufnahmetest“ which is from Hannover and #Nordhausen that day.
So now I’m in #Hannover now!
Unfortunately i couldn’t find a place to stay overnight ( #Jugendherberge refused, #Hotel is too expensive, #Pension is full), till i met a taxi driver. He looks old and he was so nice to me. My German speaking isn’t good so he helped me to find a place to stay overnight, while it was raining heavily #🌧 (the weather was really bad).
We went to lots of pensions, hotels, etc. but we have no “yes”.
My enrollment of #STK #Hannover will happen in Thursday, but i have no idea. (No flat, no apartment,...) My suitcase’s been broken since i was in #Germany. Besides it’s also too big! Especially i know no one here! Now you can imagine how hard i faced everything.
Thanks to his kindness and my miserable situation, #Studentenwerk agreed that i could live in a #dorm of them tonight.
I want to thank that German taxi driver once again. I can’t be here without him. He was even more amazing, when he helped me bring that broken suitcase to the dorm.
Mr. #TaxiDriver, my world is brighter because of you today. I’m no longer afraid of being here alone.
As you can see, stranger isn’t bad and scary like we thought. Most of German i met are so awesome!!! I guess, we’ll love a city because of nice people. Right? ☺️ at Hanover, Germany
