I still remember @its_aayushaikh approaching me for the diet for the first time he's the guy holding a biryani corner where me & my colleagues once in while treat ourselves with the mouth-watering biryani prepared by him. I remember he heard me and my colleague speaking about nutrition and asked me "Madam aap diet banate hai kya?" There is when he shared his passion for building muscles and being fit. Yes!! I've worked so hard for this result this week. I've been on plan since I left @slimmingworld last week, I've been to the gym every morning before work, I've even been for an extra evening gym session and best of all I've enjoyed it! This is the post I need to look back on whenever I lose my motivation because I know I can do it, enjoy it and get the results I want. Peed off! Maintained this week... But at least it isn’t a gain. I have been exercising so it could be due to muscle gain 🤔 I’m telling myself that anyway. Günaydınnn ☘️☘️ bugün kahvaltı paylaşımı yerine ekmek yerine yediğim wasa ile ilgili bir post paylaşmak istedim 😊 öncelikle Migros'tan, Carrefour'dan ya da Macro center'da satılıyor fiyatı da 11 tl civarıydı, 15 de olabilir ama ben 11e aldım 🤣 1 tanesinin kalorisi 35 kalori civarında. Kahvaltı da ya da diğer öğünlerde 2 tanesi bir dilim ekmek yerine tüketebilirsiniz. Diyetisyene gittiğim dönemlerde hep bundan yedim, tadı ise normal çubuk krakerin biraz az tuzlusu😂 ara öğünler de tüketebilirsiniz elbette. Ben üzerine labne sürüp tüketiyorum. Düzenli beslenmenin ilk günü tabii biraz zor, aylardır dikkat edemiyordum maalesef. Öğle yemeği olarak tavuk dünyasında kremasız tavuk ve sadece salata yedim, makarna yemedim.
