Review:Built under a budget of 6000$, Christopher Nolan's debut in 1998 establishes his non-linear storytelling style for his numerous multi million-dollar budget films in his upcoming years in the business. This 70 minute crime drama couldn't be actually condoned as a masterpiece of cinema or in storyline, but it does pack a massive zeal of the filmmaker to tell a story totally unorthodox and unique until the last scene, where the viewer keeps relating and calculating backwards the series of incidents from the first one, alike in Nolan's entire filmography. But does it succeed in leaving an impact or making the audience jawdropped by the conclusion, (like in Memento or Interstellar)? Not Really. The ending makes you feel more like a sports follower whose opponent side just won by unfair means, pissed off! .
