We all face challenges, failures, difficulties, and setbacks, but resilience is what determines whether we fight through it and grow through the situations.
So I’ve taken a couple of days of reflection of Monday mainly to rest my body (and continue building flat pack furniture for my flat, which btw seems I’m pretty damn good at)
I have a plan in place to get my lungs back into the 90s which I will share and actually the beauty of the situation I find myself in is the fact that it always comes down to 1 thing - yes we have to be aware of numbers but we also need to be more aware and in tune with how our bodies feel. I feel great, fittest I’ve ever been but my rest and recovery has been a little down in priority- mistake.
So if you can take anything away from this week LISTEN TO YOUR BODY, learn it better than anything, train it hard, rest and recover it even better then you will win - if you need rest, rest don’t feel guilty, if you need to get your diet on track and eat healthier for your health or for goals do it and always laugh.
The power lies in your hands.
