washed my hair this morning๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’– - itโ€™s about 8am and this morning has already been eventful. i woke up at about 5ish to use the bathroom but my brother was in the shower, & i couldnโ€™t fall back asleep so i waited for him to get out. when he got out of the shower i went & used the restroom, and when i was done my dad started yelling in his sleep๐Ÿ˜‚ i tried to film it but every time i turned my camera on he wouldnโ€™t do it for me ;-; rip. lol - i ended up just staying up because i have online tutoring at 10 this morning & i havenโ€™t done any math๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ž iโ€™ve been really struggling with completing this class because iโ€™m having a hard time not ritualizing... but then again, the avoidance is a ritual too. i feel kind of trapped with this whole thing & any support or words of encouragement are appreciated !!!! - but yeah, since i was up & havenโ€™t washed my hair in awhile i decided to do that too. and GUYS โ€” i just ,,,, wow. love self care. love it so much. i feel so confident when i take care of myself. ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’– - i need to get going b/c i have to do math before i go to tutoring. wish me luck๐Ÿฅต

Ok. I have only woken up at 10! Doubling the dose of my quetiapine has FOOKED me. However I am trying to remain positive in my quest of recovery but being careful not to put too much pressure on and then having a negative affect ๐Ÿ˜‚ THE JOYS. ๐Ÿ’™ I am exhausted from my Q. โ™ฅ๏ธ It will better my mental health and I have such a good nights rest on it without the need for added frowned upon extras ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ’™ I ache ALL over from working out again โœŒ๐Ÿฝ โ™ฅ๏ธ itโ€™s working-just got to stretch it out (this helps so much with my anxiety) and exercise is amazing for mental health and it will hopefully increase my confidence. ๐Ÿ’™my son has an insane amount of energy where I canโ€™t keep my eyes open โ™ฅ๏ธ his energy will eventually rub off on me and it will prevent me from moping all day. ๐Ÿ’™ behind with Uni work. โ™ฅ๏ธ I caught up once Iโ€™ll catch up again-this will help me in the future-gain knowledge into psychology and how we work while also keeping my brain active. ๐Ÿ’™No money/no job. โ™ฅ๏ธ I can have extra time with my son, I have LOADS of support in finding work-can be a new chapter-having no money always makes me appreciate everything so much more These are just a few stresses and my positive spin on them. We canโ€™t be positive all the time but itโ€™s also important not to focus too much on our stress and anxiety. But what we say/think to ourselves becomes our reality and it attracts MORE of it. โ€ข โ€ข So if youโ€™re constantly telling yourself โ€œyour ass is too flabbyโ€ โ€œyour arms look like bat wings. youโ€™re grossโ€, youโ€™re going to attract more of that negativity and self sabotage!!Youโ€™re not going to do anything about it because youโ€™re already screwed, right? WRONG! This young lady comes from at least three generations of yellers. I am proud to report that she is a chain breaker. I have consciously been undoing years of learned behavior in dealing with my children, and it is difficult to unwind behaviors that have been innately intertwined for decades. When she is angry, you see her use emotionally intelligent tools to not allow her emotions to control her actions. Donโ€™t get me wrong, she will belt out every now and again. However I can count on one hand the number of times that this has happened in her near 16-years of life. All incidences have been in relation to her brother. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฟโ€โ™€๏ธ I get it! She is to be commended for dealing with things cerebrally. I am thankful that I can say, that this is true for both of my children and I am thankful they they have learned and do better. It was funny seeing her yesterday, take a lap around the parking lot instead of letting someone have it the way she wanted to. It was awesome seeing this growth and development. I was also excited that I was a safe space for her to pour her frustrations into, so that they wouldnโ€™t be bottles up. I pray that our relationship continues to grow, as well as her emotional intelligence. Because she can read people like a book.
