You might see us talking about push piers or helical piers, but there are other piers out there in foundation repair too... In today's #FoundationRepair#TipOfTheDay Brian discusses concrete piers and why our team chooses not to utilize them when designing long-term repair plans for a home or structures foundation. A concrete pier system is essentially concrete cylinders that are hydraulically pressed until the structure starts to rise. Pressures aren't measured and soil conditions aren't of concern. Ultimately, concrete piers are adding more weight to a foundation on top of soils that have already proven to be incompetent.
Our push piers, designed by ECP, allow our teams to drive to competent, load bearing strata by use of things like skin friction reduction collars. at Dalinghaus Construction Inc.
The Whitehouse will have a perfect little wet bar in the basement game area. We contacted local Breweries as well as a few favorites for the opportunity to “Theme” our Bar. I came home to this sitting on the doorstep.. Thank you @anchorbrewing for your beautiful old wood sign.. we can’t wait for this to be back on the shelves in the Flathead.. Although we are big supporters of the local Brews we have always had a liking to Anchor Steam..
