Tu enfoque es como un músculo - Entrénalo: La capacidad de concentrarse es como cualquier otra, cuanto más se practique, más fuerte será. ⠀ Si eres alguien que está constantemente distraído/a, estás acostumbrado a realizar múltiples tareas, 40 minutos de tiempo de concentración puede ser demasiado. Entrena con 5 minutos de prestar atención a una sola tarea. Luego, haz que sean 10, luego 15, 20, 30. ⏳ FOCUS. Il te faut à peu près 8 minutes pour te concentrer entièrement sur quelque chose. Lorsque tu dois concentrer toute ton attention sur une tache, prépare le terrain afin de ne pas perdre de temps à chercher par où commencer. ✔️ Définis ce que tu as à faire (par rapport à ta to-do list de la journée) ✔️ Prévois une plage horaire. ✔️ Ne fais qu’une seule chose à la fois. ✔️ Donne-toi des temps de pause. ✔️ Sache que tu as environ 30 à 45 minutes de concentration efficiente (moyenne d’un être humain). Sauf si tu deviens un Maître Du Temps avec une capacité de concentration de 2h (perso 4h, si je suis au top de ma forme 🔥) Maintenant, imagine que tu sois distrait toutes les 5 minutes ? It's a meditation on you. Imagine contemplating yourself from the front, the sides, the back, from a distance or focusing on a part of your body. So what? Nothing more. Stay there with the images that appear in your mind and observe your body sensations, thoughts and emotions. Don't judge, observe rather the judgment you bear upon yourself. You will be aware of the relationship you have with your body and your physical appearance. Is it a kind relationship?
