My keto dinner of tuna salad, cucumber, and avocado. Drinking my lemon water and taking my genius supplements. I noticed how shitty I feel when I dont eat right and dont take my genius and dont workout. It's been a rough few weeks getting used to the new job schedule and trying to fit nutrition and workouts in and I wasnt getting that done. Also stopped drinking water and omg body was feeling that and I ended up getting sick for the first time in 13 years. Not doing that again!! Back on track with everything. Week 3, day five of Arnold Schwarzenegger's blueprint to cut. Just cardio on elliptical. I didn't exert enough energy, just went at a slow pace since my machine has it's own TV on the screen, and I can watch what I want with head phones to hear. SNOWED SUNDAY! โ„๏ธ My workout today was shoveling my car out of the driveway today all on my own! 2 years ago it snowed about the same amount and I swear I almost had a heart attack shoveling. I got in my car and cried because I was miserable. THIS YEAR.... the only problem I had was keeping my jeans that are too big now up long enough to shovel! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

30min rowing with my @sweetsweat band on for that extra sweat and we have morning abs. (No they don't look like this all day) Haven't been able to train how I want and do my one on one's due to car issues, so I have to make it work how I can and with what I have. They say one day at a time. I'll be honest though, sometimes that "one day at a time" isn't good enough for me. I want it right now! But I know "right now" isn't a lasting option. Sure I could go get surgeries, do some crazy fad diet and drop 20lbs this month. But I am trying to make this my life. I don't want to be perfect. I don't want a year round six pack. I don't want to eat chicken and broccoli every day and "treat" myself once a week. I want the lifestyle. Just being a healthier version of myself. I don't need to be super thin. I don't need to be super fit. I don't need to step on a stage. (Not that, that is bad before my panty bunchers jump into defense mode) I just need to be the best and healthiest version of myself FOR myself and my future family. (Whatever that looks like) I think where people fear the fitness industry is this false expectation of what they're supposed to look like. Look like YOU! That's the best advice I can give. Look like you, work like you, love like you and accept you FOR you! It can be a shit show out there, but that doesn't mean you have to be involved. Create your own version of fitness. And remember these 3 words; calorie fucking deficit! ๐Ÿ˜ŠโœŒ๐Ÿฝ
