Curry itself: turmeric, cumin, cumin seeds, garam masala, all purpose seasoning, hot curry powder, madras curry powder, pepper, Cajun pepper, salt, coconut milk, chopped white onion, a sprinkle of lentils for thickening, thinly chopped potatoes & chickpeas.
Rice: added basmati rice, mixed herbs, salt, garlic paste & butter to a microwaveable bowl. Added enough water to cover the rice and popped it on for 12-13mins with a lid covering it.
Sweet potato chunks: salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, @Vitalite butter & oil and cooked for 40mins.
Salad: mixed salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, mint sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice and @Heinz mayo. at Newport, Wales
