Whoa! I haven’t posted a recipe in a while but here’s a great one to make up for it! This took 15 minutes to prep and cook!
-1 zucchini, chopped
-1/4 red onion, chopped
-1 bell pepper, chopped
-1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
-1/2 package of @palmini_pasta , drained and rinsed
-Red sauce of choice
-Chop and sauté all veggies
-Stir in palmini noodles and red sauce
-Serve and enjoy!
-PS! Have you tried @palmini_pasta yet!? If not, you need to! They are made of one single ingredient (hearts of palm) and are filled with fiber, gluten-free, sugar-free, low-carb, and delicious!
