My period was gone for 2 years (probably due to my weight, anxiety and exercise) 😟 I could see every goddamn little muscle and fiber in my body, yes, but they were small and weaker. No abs at all (and those arms and legs 😷... Nope). Look at that FLAT BUTT 🤦🏻‍♀️ Don't be fooled: being #skinny isn't necessarily healthy. (🔴 No, it wasn't about anorexia or anything like that. I got thru a really bad and dark depression that gave me anxiety so I couldn't eat... Wasn't hungry really). * * * * * Progreso. BOOM 🍑🙌🏻My girl took this awesome video 😍, but she also got hurt during yesterday’s workout! She underestimated the power of EMOTM (every minute on the minute) and deadlift. It’s VERY Important when you do something new - a new method or new exercise - OR if you haven’t worked out in a while, that you lower the weight and lower the speed. Especially with core/back focused exercises. Back pain is one of the most outspread pain/injuries and causes the most problems. Be careful! Have somebody look at your technique or spot you if you’re unsure!! Be safe out there 💙 . . Also most back problems comes from a weak core, remember to train core! Doesn’t have to be from abs exercises. You can train core indirectly from normal exercises (squat, deadlift etc). HAPPY MONDAY - Florida spring is so gorgeous! 😍@marina_guzman and I had to take post-workout pics this weekend. SUNDAY though - was a REST day.💪🏻😱 I don’t take rest days a lot, I don’t skip a workout a lot and these ost two weeks I’ve been working out 8-9 times per week. That is down by multiple workouts a day. It’s been draining and tiring so I needed a day off. I know rest is important for your health but also to reach your goal and I will get to it. I’ve just been helping/working out with/training my friends and it’s been so fun. I want to inspire them and help them with their goals!! Starting next week, DELOAD week though ! ‼️😵‼️ . . It doesn’t have to and can’t be a big jump every time. Sometimes it doesn’t even have to be a weight increase, but a rep increase or just better form!! Push your self and believe in yourself. 🍑🐪GLUTE BUILDING ON HUMP DAY🐪🍑 . - if you want to build you glutes you got to know what exercise to do and HIPTHRUST is my personal fave and also objectively one of the best. Right here are three different kinds. Barbell Hipthrust, body weight with band and one leg’d Hipthrust. @_elii._ and I did these 3 right after each other to absolutely burn out our glutes 😫🔥 it was amazing though 💪🏻😁!! You can also choose one of them! They are magnificent. . Glute activation is at the top of the movement (contraction), so remember to squeeze your awesome butt!! I have a bad habit of not resting enough and not taking breaks, but I took a week off and my body feels so great, my workouts are tough but I feel freah motivated. Those are the times where you need to know that not every day and not every week is a good workout week. Being exhausted and tired mentally, also takes resting. What I did, was cut down a little on work and workout and instead add some HIIT to switch up my routine. Switches and breaks helps a looooootttttt and it’s okay.
