And, our dominant emotional state is expressed though our body.
Our body is the unconscious mind expressed.
Breaking the repetitive automatic cycle of thinking and feeling is the only way to create deep integrated change.
The same thoughts, create the same emotions, create the same reactions, behaviours and habits.
Stressful Emotions create the hormones of stress (fear, anxiety, depression). The Chemicals of stress are highly addictive and can be challenging to rewire.
Living in the same emotional state for long enough, becomes what we call our ‘personality’. We can’t live in ‘emergency alarm 🚨 mode’ all the time which is what many of us do every day.
Eventually the body will break down.
This is how the pattern goes:
We Get sick.
Can’t go to work or start having issues at work.
Can’t make money.
Creates more stress and more problems.
Stress creates even more physical pain.
More stress from the health problems.
This becomes our identity.
Living in this creates constant stress hormones.
Our Body is then literally stuck in ‘alarm mode’. Illness continues to worsen and more health issues arise.
Stress occurs when we knock the body out of balance internally. Through our emotional states and reactions.
This is why diets and supplements aren’t enough!
You can’t rewire thoughts, emotions and behaviour with a pill or green juice.
The booming health and wellness trend is a double endge sword.
Of course we need to eat well and avoid toxins. Everyone knows this.
But focusing only on the physical ignores that we are multidimensional beings.
This is why my work focuses on the psychological-emotional and spiritual level of healing.
Nearly every client I’ve ever worked with is already on a plethora of supplements and strict programs.
And, after months and months of this- still don’t get well.
We are missing the big picture if we rely on the supplements and trendy diets.
And..these diets we hear about everywhere are NOT for everyone.
Look within. Do the inner work. And the rest will fall into place.
