I can’t really eat to many fruits with low fodmap and with the fruits I can eat, most have to be in small servings. Take the banana here for example, I can only eat half of a ripe one so I had to store the other half in the fridge (actually this was the stored half and yesterday was the og). Strawberries are actually one of the few fruits I can have higher amounts of. It’s a “green light food” in the @monashfodmap app ($8 but great if you need it).
This was just some #overnightoats I made and I topped it with sautéed banana slices and some strawberries. Sautéing bananas is super delicious and I highly recommend it! In the overnight oats I had some @fairlife milk, coconut milk vanilla yogurt, peanut butter powder, and of course oats.
