~ Stir Fried Mushroom & Broccoli with chicken chunks ~
There are days when I feel so tired after office that don't feel to prepare my lunch box for the next day..But then one should always remember if you have to follow a healthy and fit lifestyle and want to check on your calories then u should cook your own meal... So this quick recipe for all those days when u don't want to spend much time in kitchen.. .
Boiled chicken pieces small (last day I made chicken stock) , so those boiled pieces,
Broccoli florets 5-6 , medium in size,
Mushrooms 5-6 whole pieces, cut into desired shape,
Garlic 3-4 cloves,
Black pepper 1/2 tsp,
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp,
1tsp olive oil
1. Blanch broccoli , and wash mushrooms properly.
2. In a pan add olive oil and add chopped garlic
3. Add mushrooms , broccoli and boiled chicken pieces.
4. Now add black pepper,chilli flakes and salt.
5. Saute for 2-3 mins .
