Last but certainly not least is this sweet girl. This girl is my pride and joy, my whole heart, and the literal love of my life. I got Rory when my husband was in boot camp, I was graduating college, I was spending my first holiday season away from my family and genuinely alone. I was graduating and not knowing what I would do for a living because we were about to move to Florida. I was jobless for months before finding my current position. My husband was gone a lot, and the only stable thing I had in my life was Rory. To this day, she’s the best decision I’ve ever made. She is the best friend, the best coworker, the best supporter, and the greatest listener. The point of these three posts were to be more vulnerable and to show that my life isn’t diet, exercise, and motivational quotes. I’m a wife, a dog mom, a makeup enthusiast, a home decor freak, and a military wife. Who also happens to be on a fitness journey similarly to everyone else’s!

🍑RESISTANCE BANDS 🍑 ... here is a fantastic glute rounding circuit which only requires a resistance band! This is perfect for those home workout days, those days where you just can't make it to the gym. Perfect for busy gyms where equipment is minimal. This is even perfect for travelling! Waiting on a flight ✈️.. why not get some booty gains at the same time?? 💪🏼🔥🖤 • • There are 8 movements total. Complete the circuit one after another. Complete 30-35 reps of each (per side where applicable). Rest for 90 seconds and then repeat. Aim for 3-5 rounds! • • This is also a great glute warm up! My butt is nice now and it was still nice before. . Bigger doesn’t mean better. Leaner doesn’t mean better. More muscle doesn’t mean better. . No one’s body is better or worse than another. It’s just different. And not everyone wants the same look as another. . That’s why you shouldn’t compare yourself to someone else. Why you shouldn’t strive to have another person’s body. . Learn to be your own body goals. . It takes time, consistency, and a lot of work both mentally and physically. But it’s 100% worth it. . And on that note, I love building booties lol . Left: 1/16/19 Right: 6:28/18 My booty on the right might look slightly bigger but I also remember posing with my hip slightly out to get “𝔗𝔥𝔢 𝔤𝔬𝔬𝔡 𝔞𝔫𝔤𝔩𝔢𝔰” but also if you look closely my abdominal area is popping out a lot more. Now the picture on the Left taken without posing. You can see my confidence more in this picture. I’ve lost a total of 3” around my booty area and about 8” around my stomach. The progress you can do when you 𝔐𝔦𝔫𝔡, 𝔟𝔬𝔡𝔶 𝔞𝔫𝔡 𝔰𝔬𝔲𝔩 all align. Been sick the past 2 weeks but starting to feel more like myself. Sickness is the worst. I think it’s important to listen to your body, if it’s exhausted you need to rest.
