5 things you didn't know about me: 1) I despise Snickers bars. As a kid, I got sick 🤮 shortly after eating a full sized Snickers and I'm traumatized for life🤷 2) My first love was drawing (art therapy got me thru my parents divorce when I was a wee little one)👩‍🎨🖍️✏️ 3) I was a tomboy until 7th grade when I discovered makeup💄 4) When I was in middle school, my ultimate dream was to become singer/songwriter. My bff and I would spend the afternoons recording horrible karaoke versions of pop songs in her dad's home recording studio🎤🎧🎶 5) Younger me used to hate rainstorms. They made me feel sad and anxious. Nowadays I absolutely love them and find them relaxing and so refreshing. I wish we had more rainstorms in Colorado. Reposting @syattfitness:⠀ ...⠀ "It's easy to get caught in the mindset of expecting see your strength go up every time you go to the gym.⠀ -⠀ Because, when you first start out, your strength *will* go up nearly every time you go to the gym.⠀ -⠀ But the stronger you get, the harder it gets to gain strength.⠀ -⠀ In the same way you can't expect to lose weight every time you step on the scale, you can't expect to gain strength every time you go to the gym.⠀ -⠀ And in the same way losing scale weight isn't the only way to know you're losing fat (measurements go down, bf goes down, clothes fit better, you feel better, look better in the mirror, etc)...adding weight to the bar isn't the only way to know you're getting stronger (use better form with the same weight, do more reps with the same weight, feel stronger with the same weight, get less fatigued, etc).⠀ -⠀ All of that aside, I want you to remember one very important point.⠀ -⠀ You probably got "hooked" on lifting because you loved it. You loved how it made you feel. You loved how empowering it was. Successful day snowboarding yesterday, I wish we were back up there today🏂😭 • I finally learned how to stand up on my board instead of be on my butt the whole time 😂 I picked it up almost right away this time. On the left is probably the most embarrassing picture of me that I still allow on social media 🙈 It’s from July 2016 when I was at my heaviest (240ish). My family was visiting me and we went to a Yankee game. My boyfriend took this pic of me and my nieces and I was mortified when I saw it. I had no idea I took up that much space. I just don’t remember being that big. Logically it makes sense but it’s still a tough thing to confront, even when I’m just remembering it. Fast forward 20 months later and I’m down 108 lbs. and well I don’t take up nearly as much space! I love you to the moon and back 🥰 سلام دوستاى عزيزم 💋 ١٢ هفتهء ديگه مسابقه دارم و خيلى خوشحالم كه آمادگى براى اين مسابقه رو زود شروع كردم كه زمان بيشترى داشته باشم براى تمرين. خيلى اتفاق ميافته كه شما چند هفته تغييرى در بدنت نبينى و اگر زمان كافى نداشته باشين بايد ساعتها كارديو كنين در روز كه اين به عضله سوزى منجر ميشه. طبق تجربه بدن من تا روزى ٥٠ دقيقه كارديوى هيت بعد از تمرين يا حتى صبح ناشتا عضله سوزى نميكنه، ولى اگر حتى نصف اون ميزان هوازى رو ممتد انجام بدى عضله هاى پات ميريزه رژيمم الان حدود ١٢٠٠ كالرى هست بدون كربوهيدرات و چربى خيلى پايين ولى يك روز در هفته كارب ميخورم كه متابوليزمم نياد پايين. ورزش همون طور كه ميبينين تو استورى ٦ تا ٧ روز هفته هست كه ٤ تا ٥ روز باسن و پا كار ميكنم و ٢ تا سه روز بالا تنه با حداقل ٣٠ دقيقه هوازى هيت روى دوچرخه. مرسى كه هوام و دارين. خيلى دوستون دارم و هميشه به يادتونم. اميدوارم باعث افتخارتون باشم ♥️ at Vancouver, British Columbia

Tati recommended journaling my thoughts and taking charge of my next steps. That’s a big question for me is what comes next? I’m not sure what the future holds but I am sure I’ll figure it out. - setting daily goals I think is just as important as long term goals. Taking things one day at a time and not rushing the process can get you where you wanna be. And that’s my mantra for today. Take things one day at a time.

The human body is AMAZING! . . 39 weeks pregnant 👉🏻 11.5 months post pardon 👉🏻 12.5 months post pardon with 5 weeks consistency of the @bodybuildingcom @bbcomchallenge series! . . . My body was at the end of my 3rd miracle pregnancy in the first photo. I am overcome with immense love for that picture, and my body for pushing through another pregnancy. There are no words to describe the sacredness I feel in growing a life. I am still amazed looking at that enormous belly, and the beautiful baby girl that was delivered. I gave my body 1 year rest after baby girl was born last January to adjust to our new life with 3 littles, managing PPD, and finding joy in my life. . . . One year later, my body is READY for a new transformation. We are done nursing, sleeping through the night, and the stars aligned with the @bodybuildingcom @bbcomchallenge series for the perfect accountability to transform yet again. This time we are on a mission to lose the baby weight from all 3 pregnancies. . . . But it goes deeper. I need to be at the top of my game to be the best mom I can to our children. The wife, @sweetpotato_stickler and I made a surprise trip to Kingman to visit her son Delaney...and show lil man Issac snow for the first time. . Toto... I dont think we're in the Valley anymore 🤣🤪😂 . Smooth 4 hour ride up and we pretty much took to right to the snow, off-roading (was a blast...well, for me...Sandy freaked most of the time cuz shes afraid of heights and we busted her Jeeps offroad cherry). Afterwards we headed back to town. Once back we visited a bit, then Delaney, his roomie and I went and got a good pump. Next up, they made us dinner...some spicy ass spaghetti...mmm mm...gooood shit. Visited a bit longer and had to head back. Got stuck driving in a snow storm for the first 45 minutes, but after that it was smooth sailing. All in all a great day. . Lo squat è uno degli gli esercizi che interessa in modo totale la muscolatura delle cosce e dei glutei, e nell’insieme va a colpire tutta la catena posteriore (grande gluteo, femorali, polpacci ed erettori spinali), anteriore ( quadricipiti, adduttori ed abduttori )ed infine addominale, garantendo una stabilità globale durante l’alzata. Due le tipologie essenziali nell’esecuzione dell’esercizio: Squat ginocchio-dominante. Classico nel bodybuilding, soprattutto soggetti con baricentro basso. Enfasi maggiore sui quadricipiti. Squat anca-dominante. Classico nei Powerlifter con dinamica di escursione estrema sulle anche con flessione maggiorativa del busto nella max accosciata. Maggior enfasi su glutei e femorali. Lo squat comunque non è per tutti. Varismo o valgismo di ginocchia o caviglie ne pregiudicano estremamente l’esercizio... meglio fare scelte diverse💪🏼💪🏼Alla prossima💥Grazie al mio atleta amatoriale @gigyn88 per la buona interpretazione dell’esercizio.
