Tanta gente cerca di complicare le cose, magari farcendole con una terminologia pseudoscientifica, o manie di protagonismo di detentori del “verbo”. Dai tempi universitari ad oggi imparando da tanti uomini di scienza, ho sempre ammirato chi rende più semplici i concetti più complessi, affascinante segno di padronanza tra l’altro della materia. Molti sottovalutano il riscaldamento che invece andrebbe considerato una preziosa fase “attivatoria”, che prepara il sistema nervoso e i muscoli in 5-10 minuti con una serie di messaggi al cervello per rendere più affinata ogni “tentativo” di reclutare, senza affaticare troppo con inutili serie (magari ad alte reps) perse” consuma energie. La zona va “riscaldata”, ma soprattutto messa nelle condizioni di non rischiare traumi, arrivare troppo affaticata e carica di sangue e lattato in anticipo. Per le migliori e più efficaci contrazioni, servono CONTRAZIONI, enfatizzate durante il massimo accorciamento del muscolo, con pesi gradualmente crescenti, che accendano le scintille “connettive” del sistema nervoso ma non lo “brucino”. Poi “avviciniamoci” al carico da esaurimento”. Avremo poi tutto dalla nostra parte a livello nervoso e metabolico e meno rischio di farci male. I always struggle activating my Right Medial (middle) Delt. After a very poor start to the session, with weak pressing movements, I moved onto a much lighter lateral raise, with the emphasis on my wrist Flexion - which immediately activated my Medial delt so much better! at Fitness Studio
