Love mixing old ideas and new ideas! This salad was easy to whip up because I used previously baked butternut squash, a previously made dressing, along with some toasted nuts and blackberries. I’ve posted the delicious cauliflower recipe before from @meghantelpner 😎 (The most awesome way to eat cauliflower!) Just a selection of spices and avocado oil. My new try was the vegan alfredo sauce! No cream or butter, but still delicious! I put it over brown rice noodles, but zucchini noodles would be awesome too! Would anyone love to know this recipe??
