Find your reason why. I don’t care what it is. But find it and use it every single day to get yourself off the couch and into the gym
If you don’t love the workouts you’re doing, you need to switch it up. If you don’t look forward to going, if you aren’t amped up after killing a gym session, make a change. They should challenge you, they’re gonna be hard but you should LOVE how you feel after both mentally and physically
