TRANSFORMATION READ 👇👇 The most frequent thing I hear people tell me or shit people say behind my back. "Jeans on roids", you're only big cause you have good genes, how can you sqaut that good or lift alot and what are you taking, all that bullshit. Honestly I've had it. How can i be on roids, when i don't even have abs 😂 it's funny cause the ones who talk shit are the ones who cant do shit.
You gotta be dedicated and consistent with your goals or whatever you want in life. Took me 2 years to get to where I'm at and I'm not even close to where I wanna be. So many times where i wanted to quit lifting cause I didn't see any results. But trust the process. Shit doesn't happen over night, consistency is fucking key. Set goals and achieve them. Failure is always an option. I was always scared to max out cause I was scared of failure but failure leads to fucking success. I always learned from my failures, see where I messed up, fixed it and did it again. My advice, fuck what people say. People are gonna talk regardless so might as well do you and don't be afraid to do what you wanna do. Either life or fitness. Surround yourself with people who are gonna help build you not bring you down. Get up and grind
