I talk about this topic very often now, because I understand how important is to maintain a healthy looking skin in order to have a beautiful makeup look. Start from within! Your food diet is your mirror to your skin, health and wellness. Never estimate the power of your daily dose of vitamin C. It penetrates your skin to fight radical damage caused by the environment, but also helps fade pigment and repair tired or dull complexions.
Drink water not only when you’re thirsty, because thirsty means you’re already dehydrated. (yes, that includes your skin)
I understand we all have busy schedules but you need those 7-8 hours sleep😴
Last one, but maybe the most important one - take care of yourself! Meditate, do things that make you happy and don’t stress over things that won’t matter in couple days because they do matter to your health. And no, you are not too old and it’s not too late!💛
