I hardly ever run these days (it’s just not something I truly love or think is necessary to my workout routine like I once did years ago)...but after having my morning client add in some sprints to the HIIT workout I had planned for her, I felt like I needed to break lose and stretch my legs when it came time for my workout later too.
And the truth is.
I didn’t just love it.
But I needed something new today.
Something I hadn’t done in awhile.
Something fresh 🌿. .
And as J.C. chased me I felt a lightness and air to my step I hadn’t felt in a workout in awhile.
So maybe you’re currently burnt out on your exercise program, on a friendship, your marriage, or your relationship with God... .
I’m gonna propose you just change things up a bit. Still do the work. Still put in effort.
But is it possible that a little variety might just be the thing to keep you running in the right direction?
