Back in the saddle today & it feels soooo good to be back teaching my people! I’ve gotten a late start to some of my fitness resolutions this year, but I always remind myself: you’ll appreciate your accomplishments at any point along the road. Whether it’s next month or next year. Give yourself time to accomplish your goals & don’t put too much pressure on yourself! While it’s fun to have goals-remember changing your body is no small task! You must make minor daily adjustments for those changes to stick! Breathe deeply. And don’t be scared to push those limits! You’re stronger than you think 😉

Fit Tip | Habit Builder | Upper Cross Syndrome (UCS)⠀ ⠀ You can't always change your circumstances, but you can change your habits. If you sit at a desk all day for work, you are more prone to UCS. Symptoms may look like: rounded and shrugged shoulders, shoulder and neck pain, tightened and shortened chest muscles, and weakness through upper and lower back. One way to fight this is to stretch out on a foam roller and roll out your traps with a handheld roller.
